pithelioid granuloma is an inflammatory reaction against
insoluble pathogens precipitated in the tissue. Causative
pathogens of granulomatous reaction are divided to non-
infectious and infectious.Wepresent 2 cases of non-infectious
granuloma and one case of infectious granuloma.
