Biography:

Dr B. Madhusudana Rao is a Veterinarian with specialization in microbiology and is working at the ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (ICAR-CIFT), Visakhapatnam Research Centre, India. His areas of interest include characterization of pathogenic bacteria isolated from fish; innovative fish products; bioprospecting of aquatic microbial resources for enzymes; studies on antimicrobial resistance in bacteria associated with fish and use of bacteriophages as natural antimicrobials.
