Biography:

Maciej was born in Wroclaw (Poland) and moved to the UK to study at the University of Edinburgh. His Master’s Thesis was on development of a novel method for enantioconvergent synthesis. He also completed an industrial placement year at GSK, working on the development of gas/liquid continuous chemistry platforms. Maciej joined the Lloyd-Jones Group in 2018, working on kinetic and mechanistic analysis of the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. His research interests involve physical organic chemistry, kinetic modelling and simulation, and NMR spectroscopy.
