Obstetric fistula  is the science that deals with the management of pregnancy, care of the unborn child and the diseases that may be prone to them.  It is an important branch of medical science involving the root steps and concerns with the childbirth. The pregnant woman needs to take care of two lives at this stage where an obstetrician assists her followed by the routine check and consistent maintenance.
