DNA markers offer a useful gizmo in human clinical medicine to predict disease susceptibility and drug response. In animal science, they will be functional in marker-assisted choice, gender resolve, species identification or disease diagnosis. These markers suggest more advantages therein they will be used for accurate animal choice and to rapidly to improve the reproductive performance over traditional breeding methods.
