1. Fibromyalgia Genetics Syndrome Top Open Access Journals
Fibromyalgia is the disorder which affects muscles and soft tissues. It is Identified by musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, insomnia, painful tender points, migraine, irritable bladder and sensitivity to noise, odour and certain foods. It causes can be hereditary, infections and trauma. Depression and anxiety are the complications of this disease. The Treatment which includes medications such as pain relievers, antidepressants and anti-seizure drugs. Fibromyalgia is the common syndrome of chronic widespread of soft tissue pain accompanied by weakness. Fibromyalgia causes distress and severe aches and pains. As research works scientists have found that there is reduced responses in visual and auditory regions in the brain. The method used to detect the disease is called as “Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (FMRI)”.
