In medicine, a case report is a detailed report of the symptoms,  diagnosis, signs, treatment, and follow-up about an individual patient. Case reports can  contain a demographic profile of the patient, but typically describes an unusual or novel occurrence. Some case reports also include a literature review of other reported cases. Case reports are professional  and this provide  response on clinical practice guidelines for a framework aimed at early signals  about effectiveness, adverse events, and cost. They may  be shared for medical, scientific, or educational purposes.

An unexpected association within  diseases or symptoms. An unexpected event in the course about observing or treating a patient. Findings this shed new light on the possible pathogenesis of a disease or an adverse effect.
