Biography:
Jun Yang since July 2020, I am a Florence Nightingale Bicentennial Fellow and Tutor in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at Department of Statistics, University of Oxford. Since Oct. 2020, I also work as a Stipendiary Lecturer in Applied Mathematics and Probability at St Peter's College, University of Oxford. I received my PhD in Statistics in 2020 from University of Toronto, advised by Daniel Roy and Jeffrey Rosenthal. I was born and raised in China, where I studied Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University.
