NEW ALGORITHMS OF TURBULENCE LASER DENTAL MEDICINE FOR FULL MOUTH RESTORATION AND REHABILITATION WITH CROWNS

Abstract:
Full Mouth Restoration is a complex of different treatment techniques and methods involved a series of specific procedures as dental arches reconstruction and soft and hard tissues healing. Full mouth rehabilitation is referred to the neurosensory regulation in central and peripheral nerve systems for to be challenged normal physiological functional equilibration of the masticatory apparatus and full muscle relaxation. The goal of this clinical review is to present a new advanced approach including a special treatment procedure as Occlusal Esthetic Restoration, Occlusal Adjustment and TMJ functional charmonization. The author is going to introduce different clinical cases solved by new algorithms of combination between Classical Prosthetic Treatment and Turbulence Laser Medicine application. Dibble-blind randomized clinical observations on turbulence laser assistance in cases of secondary chronic occlusal trauma and periodontal disorders, bone resorption and teeth mobility will be discussed. As a result of turbulence resonances and micro invasive superficial laser ablation a very fast and high healing effect can be achieved. The most important end results are rapid epithelisation, perfect bone recrystallization and a great bone density. Cosmetic effect is remarkable.
Biography:
Julia Emilova Kamenoff has completed her PhD from Medical University-Sofia, Bulgaria in 2004. She is a National Professor in Prosthodontics and President of Laser Center for postgraduate education, The Great Woman of the 21st Century in Laser acupuncture, HDG IBI–ABI, honoured by Silver Panacea. She has been leaded international courses and lectures in different Countries and Universities. She has published more than 150 papers in reputed journals. She is the author of the book entitled “DIODE LASER SYSTEMS APPLICATION IN DENTAL MEDICINE”.
