Abstract:
Allergic contact dermatitis due to acrylates in nail polishes was described decades ago. However, the frequency has recently increased secondary to the use of permanent enamels. The commercialization of domestic use could produce an increase in these cases. It is important to spread prevention, make an early diagnosis for timely treatment.
Biography:
Carolina Fernández Quiroga is a doctor and has a degree in Bioimage Production from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She specialized in Internal Medicine and Dermatology at the UBA. She has completed multiple national and international training courses applied to Cutaneous Ultrasound, being the introducer of the application of this method in Argentina. She has also been a professor at the UBA, International Journal reviewer and has participated in many International Congresses.
