Biography:

Mr. McMullan spent 11 years training as an ophthalmologist with extensive sub-specialization in oculoplastics (facial and eyelid plastic surgery) - in both the UK and USA.?At Northampton General Hospital Mr. McMullan has both general ophthalmic and specialist oculoplastics clinics. He carries out cataract surgery using topical anesthesia (avoiding the need for injection around the eye) whilst his specialist surgery includes eyelid tumors and reconstruction, ptosis (droopy eyelids), dermatochalasis (baggy eyelids), entropion and ectropion (in or out-turned eyelids), epiphora (watery eyes) and rehabilitation after a thyroid eye disease.
