Biography:

Shokry AM is  currently Assistant Professor in the Matrouh University in April 2020. She received her PhD in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Industrialization Unite, Desert Research Center, Cairo, Egypt. her interest research work is Food Science and Technology.Training women and increasing their awaernass about food processing and preservation for sustainableity.
