Biography:
Barnali Deb obtained her M.Sc. degree in Molecular and Human Genetics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She worked on the expression analysis of S100A11 and TPD52 on Gallbladder cancer and Gallstone diseases for the identification of early diagnostic biomarkers as part of her M.Sc. project at Centre for Genomics, Jiwaji University. She is funded by the INSPIRE fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. She is currently involved in the comprehensive characterization of malignant phyllodes tumors using quantitative proteomics.
