Biography:
Dr. Chia-Chien Hsieh is currently an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences at the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, National Taiwan Normal University in Taiwan. She is an expert in the field of Nutrition Biochemistry with emphasis in Cancer Biology and Immunology. She received her Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University in 2005. Her thesis focused on the effect of dietary factors in autoimmunity.
