Biography:

My passion is patient safety, professional regulation, why doctors make mistakes, organisational culture and leadership and also impact of subconscious bias and Institutional racism on patient safety and staff well-being. In 2016 I was invited by Mr Simon Stevens the CEO of NHS to attend her Majesty the Queen's 90th Birthday for my contribution to the NHS and twice voted as the top 50 BME pioneering leader of NHS. I am a very honest and sincere person and I share whatever I have learnt in my life. I tell the truth and my sincere apology if it hurts anyone's feelings.
