Biography:
Lynne McCormack is currently working at University of Newcastle, School of Psychology Australia. Having worked therapeutically in complex trauma for over 20 years my research explores negative and positive effects of complex trauma and individual redefinition of that trauma for re-engaging with life. Of interest is both primary and secondary exposure and the inadequacy of western medical models of intervention for treating complex trauma. a psychosocial trainer for the Red Cross and have developed the Post AID/Q for evaluating reintegration difficulties following disaster deployment.
