Biography:

Dr Hussey has a special interest in young onset dementia. Locally in Wokingham, her team has started new enterprises including education groups for patients and carers and a referral pathway which has led to earlier diagnosis and management. She helped set up and is Chair of the award-winning charity Younger People with Dementia (Berkshire) CIO. The charity works very closely with healthcare services runs a variety of psychosocial interventions for younger people with dementia.
