Biography:
Dr. Amer M. Burhan is associate professor and chair of geriatric psychiatry at Western University in London Ontario. He is the physician clinical lead for therapeutic brain stimulation program at Parkwood Institute-Mental Health Building. After graduating from the Medical College of Baghdad University he did a fellowship in basic neurosciences at the Montreal Neurological institute, residency in Psychiatry at the University of Rochester, and advanced training in geriatric neuropsychiatry at Western University.
