Biography:

TK Goswami completed his specialization in the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Research interests are food science, nutrition and Agricultural sciences. Also took a responsibility as corresponding author in review article entitled "Conventional industrial ice cream freezers and its thermal design: a review."
