Biography:

Nii K. Kortei completed his graduation in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ghana. Research interests are microbiological sciences, Food science and Nutrition. He has published an article named Microbial evaluation of fermented milk and millet beverage (brukina) produced in Ghana by culture-independent technique.
