Biography:

Beatrice Nyanchama Kiage-MokuaIbeabuchi JC has been completed his studies in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Federal University of Technology, Owerri. P.M.B. 1526 Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Research interests are Nutrition Sciences and Food science. Also wrote a research article entitled "Controlled temperature on the microflora of fermented bottle gourd seed".
