Biography:

Didier MONTET leads the team of Master of contaminants along the food chain at CIRAD in Montpellier, France. He got his Ph. D in Food microbiology in 1984 at the University of Montpellier and his HDR in 1993 at the University of St Jer?me Marseille. He has published nearly 120 articles in the field of food.
