Biography:

Awani Shrivastav completed her specialization in department of Agricultural and Food Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Research interests are food science, nutrition and agriculture. Also took a part in review article entitled "Conventional industrial ice cream freezers and its thermal design: a review."
