Biography:

Ahmed Raza has been completed his studies in Department of Biological Science, Faculty of Science, University of Maroua, PO Box 814 Maroua, Cameroon. Also wrote a paper entitled "Fruit ripening agents & harmful effects of artificial ripened fruits". Effect of three drying methods on the physicochemical composition of three varieties of onion (Allium cepa L).
