Biography:

Selin Guney was born in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey. She graduated with honors from Arts and Sciences Faculty, Statistics Department, Gazi University in 2005 with a double major from Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Department of Econometrics. She obtained her M.A. in Econometrics, Institute of Social Sciences and M.E. in Economics, College of Management from Gazi University and NC State respectively. In 2009, she received a Ph.D. scholarship from Higher Education Council of Turkey.
