Dr. De Wrachien Daniele, has completed his Ph.D., State University of Milan, Advanced Engineering Geology and Master, State University of Milan, Geology. He is the President of EurAgEng (European Society of Agricultural Engineers). Professor of Geology and Mineralogy in 1970- 1980, Associate Professor of Hydraulic Agriculture in 1980-1986, Full Professor (Retired) of Irrigation and Drainage in 1968 - 2012.
