Biography:

Narasimhan Aarthi is in the department of Zoology, School of Life Sciences and in the Divisoon of Entomology. Present study is on the Mosquitocidal and antiplasmodial activity of Senna occidentalis (Cassiae) and Ocimum basilicum (Lamiaceae) from Maruthamalai hills against Anopheles stephensi and Plasmodium falciparum. Famous publication is STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF SIDA ACUTA AND VETIVERIA ZIZANIOIDES AGAINST THE MALARIAL VECTOR, ANOPHELES STEPHENSI AND MALARIAL PARASITE, PLASMODIUM BERGHEI.
