Biography:
Luigi Vetrugno is an Associate Professor of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the University of Udine in northeastern Italy. In March 2017, he obtained his Associate Professor of Anesthesia accreditation. He worked on the Cardiothoracic Critical Care and Anesthesia sub-specialty staff from 2002 until 2009, providing clinical services for a wide spectrum of cardiothoracic surgery, heart transplantation, and mechanical support device care. His current clinical interests are on general intensive care and anaesthesia for organ transplantation and other liver, kidney, and pancreas surgeries.
