Muhammad Farhan Jahangir Chughtai is currently working as Head of Department / Assistant Professor, Department of Food Science & Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. I have obtained my Ph.D. Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad under HEC Indigenous Scholarship. My PhD research work was to ?Characterize and analyze the effect of Stevia rebaudiana; intense natural sweetener, against diabetes and hypercholesterolemia?
