Biography:

Environmental Engineer with skills and knowledge in groundwater remedation, environmental site assessments, reverse osmosis process, water and wastewater treatment, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) policies and regulations about water in the US, review of requests for exception to public water system design standards at Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas rules and regulations for public water systems, water policy and management in the southwestern part of the US.
