Biography:

Vipan Kakkar (Senior Member, IEEE) he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, India. He has published many research articles in international conferences and peer reviewed journals. He has authored a book on system on chip design.,Dr. Kakkar is a Life Member of IETE and has been an Executive Member of IEEE, India. He served as an Editorial Board Member for Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics journal.
