Biography:

Santos FA has graduated in Pharmacy from UFC, Master's and Ph.D. in Pharmacology from UFC.   Researcher at INCT IBISAB- Institute of Biomedicine of the Brazilian Semi-Arid Region who has experience in the field of Pharmacology of Natural Products, with emphasis on the experimental study of medicinal plants and their active principles in disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (gastric ulcers, gastrointestinal transit, pancreatitis) and in metabolic disorders (diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity).
