Biography:

Dr. Mohammad Zubair Alam has earned Master?s and doctoral degree in Microbiology from Aligarh Muslim University, India. During doctorate degree he has worked on genotoxicity and mutagenicity of tannery effluents in Ames Salmonella typhimurium and SOS repair defective E. coli K-12 mutant strains respectively. Dr. Alam joined King Fahd Medical Research Center, King Abdulaziz University as a Lecturer in March 2012 and later promoted to Assistant Professor in September 2014 and recently promoted Associate Professor.
