Kurtulu? ?ngel was born in Izmir in 1972. Kurtulu? ?ngel graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1996. Kurtulu? ?ngel complited his Family Medicine residency training in ?stanbul &started his academic career as an assistant professor in Suleyman Demirel University, Department of Family Medicine in 2006. Kurtulu? ?ngel became associate professor in 2011 and professor in 2017.
