Biography:

Prof. Jawad K. Ali was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in November of 1956. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1979 and 1986, respectively, from Al-Rasheed College for Science and Technology, Iraq. From 1989-1991, he joined a Ph.D. study program at AZMA Academy, Brno, former Czechoslovakia. Since 2010, he has been a Professor of Microwave Engineering at the University of Technology, Iraq. . He served as the Vice President of the University of Technology Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies till December 2019.
