Biography:

Dr. G.O. Ajayi completed B.sc, M.sc and Ph.D in biochemistry. He is working as senior lecturer and head of the department of medical biochemistry of Lagos State University College of Medicine. His current research efforts are focused on biochemical, anti-oxidative and toxicological effects of medicinal plants and their uses for managing diseases such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension, haematological and nephrological problems.
