He was born in 1983 in Kütahya Simav. He graduated from Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2008 and received his medical microbiology specialization from the same university in 2013. He worked as a specialist in Kütahya Public Health Laboratory between 2013-2015 and as Deputy Chief Physician of Denizli State Hospital between 2015-2018. After 2018, he continues to serve as the Vice President of the Public Hospitals Services Presidency. She is a married mother of one child.
