Introduction
Physical activity is not just beneficial for physical health; it can also have a profound impact on brain health. Research has shown that engaging in regular physical activity can improve brain function, enhance cognitive performance, and reduce the risk of developing a range of neurological conditions. One of the primary ways that physical activity improves brain health is by promoting the growth of new brain cells, a process called neurogenesis.
