Early detection through screening is a vital component of chronic disease prevention. Mobile apps for tracking physical activity, diet, and medication adherence empower individuals to manage their health proactively. Ensuring that preventive measures are affordable and accessible to all populations is essential for reducing health disparities and achieving widespread benefits [9, 10].
