Early mobilization
One of the primary goals of physiotherapy in postoperative rehabilitation is early mobilization. Encouraging patients to start moving as soon as possible after surgery helps prevent complications such as muscle atrophy, joint stiffness, and blood circulation issues [2]. Physiotherapists develop personalized mobility plans that gradually introduce patients to appropriate exercises and movements based on their specific surgical procedure and individual condition. Pain management
