Magnesium, present in fruits like figs and papayas, contributes to nerve and muscle function, regulates blood sugar levels, and aids in bone health. One of the significant benefits of fruits is their high dietary fiber content. Fiber is essential for maintaining a healthy digestive system. It promotes regular bowel movements, prevents constipation, and supports a diverse and thriving gut microbiom. By including fiber-rich fruits such as apples, pears, and berries in our diet, we can help reduce the risk of digestive disorders, maintain a healthy weight, and regulate blood sugar levels [1,2].
