Abstract
Introduction
Industrial fermentation has emerged as a ground-breaking technology that harnesses the power of microorganisms to produce a wide range of valuable products. This process, which involves the controlled growth of microorganisms under optimized conditions, has revolutionized various industries such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, biofuels, and chemicals. The basics of industrial fermentation
Industrial fermentation involves the large-scale cultivation of microorganisms, such as bacteria, yeast, or fungi, in controlled environments to produce desired compounds. Upstream processing: Upstream processing involves the preparation of the fermentation media, sterilization, and inoculation of the culture. This stage also includes monitoring and controlling the growth of microorganisms by regular sampling and analysis.
