Introduction

Vitamin D is a hormone that causes calcium levels and seems to be necessary for bone mineralization through lifetime. Research has found a higher incidence of hypovitaminosis D in nutrient dense people and children, particularly in the northern hemisphere, as well as a nexus between it illness and poor bone health.
