Editorial Note for Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation:
For last 3 years, Journal of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation provides a resource for professionals researching and assessing environmental threats to both Homo sapiens and ecological systems. The editors believe papers published to be original, of sound science, purposeful for risk analysis (valuation, communication, management) and related areas, well written (in English), and a contribution to the scientific works. The journal's emphasis is on publication of papers that contribute to improvements in human and environmental health. Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation is leading the world in publication of peer-reviewed novel research that transforms environmental practice and understanding in Agricultural Management, Agricultural Engineering and Technology Analysis and mapping of natural processes, Comparative legal aspects of pollution, Ecosystem research, Review and Strategy for policy making, Pollution Management, Pollution Control, Waste Management, Modern Geostatistics. Bioinformatics, Epidemiological surveys, Evaluation of environmental risk and safety, Environmental education and training, Hazardous waste site classification and creates a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal. The editorial office promises peer review of the submitted manuscripts for the quality of publishing. Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation is a broad-based, peer-reviewed periodical devoted to publication of original research. It has 25+ Million Readerbase from all around the World. The Impact factor of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation for the year 2018 was 0.08 During the calendar year 2019, Dentistry received a total of 6 papers, out of which 2 article (30%) were rejected in the preliminary quality check due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 4 article were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 1 issues of Volume 3 published during the year 2019, a total of 4 article were published (at an average of 1 article per issue) of which, articles were published from authors all around the world. A total of 24 research scientists from all over the world reviewed the 4 article published in volume 3. Average publication lag time of an article was further reduced to 2-3 weeks. During the calendar year 2020, a total of 6 Reviewers joined the board of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation and contributed their invaluable services towards contribution as well as publication of articles. I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of Dr. Henk A. Tennekes during the final editing of articles published and bringing out issues of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation, the office bearers for their support in bringing out yet another volume of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 4 of Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation in scheduled time.
