Abstract

The Journal of Clinical Dentistry and Oral health was inaugurated in 2017 and has continued publishing successfully with Volume 4 in 2020.

Highlights 

The Journal has published in excess of 15 interesting papers in diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases, tooth decay, gingivitis, dental plaque, tooth loss, systemic dental diseases, mouth ulcer and oral cancer. 

Topical issues have covered conceptual and applicatory aspects of tooth pathology, endodontics, geriodontics, oral microbiology, oral biology, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implant dentistry, forensic dentistry, primary care dentistry, maxillofacial pathology and veterinary dentistry, etc. 

The Journal publishes high-quality original articles, reviews, editorials, and case reports addressing all aspects of dental information technology. It delivers timely interpretations of key scientific developments in implant dentistry, primary care dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and related areas of study. Known personalities with expertise and published studies in a specific field are invited to write reviews and editorials in our journal. Uninvited reviews will also be accepted if written by experts with publications in the field. 

Acknowledgement

We would like to take this opportunity to thank current editorial board members for their on-going commitment to the standards to which the journal aspires, these experts expand our expertise in core areas. We have significantly expanded our pool of excellent reviewers, average turnaround times have decreased; most papers now have at least two reviews and their quality has been steadily improving. At present we would like to convey our special thanks to the reviewers for their continuous support towards the Journal growth.

Social Marketing 

We use almost all the social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to promote and showcase the articles published in our Journal which helps to increase the visibility of articles in core subject.

Future Strategies

As part of our future strategy we would like to offer publication space to special issues associated with research and implementation of methods and tools of dental information technology, oral & maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine and raise awareness regarding the importance of dental public health. 

Probes 

The journal invites scientists and medical researchers from countries around the world to submit their original manuscripts in the form of research articles, review articles, short communications, case reports, opinion articles and commentaries. We look forward to work with all of you as we continue to make our Journal a success and we welcome your submissions, as well as feedback as authors, readers, and reviewers of the journal. 

Manuscripts can be submitted online via Clinical Dentistry or as an e-mail attachment to the editorial office at clinidentistry@clinicalmedicaljournal.com. AACDOH is using Online Review and Editorial Tracking Systems for quality review process and the authors can submit manuscripts and track their progress.
