Nursing Education is defined as both an art and a science; a heart and a mind. Nurses are indispensable in safeguarding public health and the time-honoured reputation for compassion and dedication, there lies a highly specialized profession, which constantly evolves to address the needs of society.
21st Century Nursing Care is the glue that holds a patient’s health care journey together. When there is someone in need of care, nurse’s work tirelessly to protect the needs of the individual.
As there exists a vast range of specialisms and complex skills in the nursing profession, each nurse will have specific strengths, passions, and expertise.
AAC would be honored to see the topmost Nursing Professionals interacting and sharing their research works and knowledge in the field of Nursing for its 30th World Congress on Nursing Education and Management happening in Melbourne, Australia on August 12-13, 2020 as it is important to create awareness when it comes to public and mental health.
Nursing Education 2020 aims to make the Nursing Professionals obtain the advance technical information in the arena of Nursing Care that they are seeking. We will witness our speakers, delegates, young research forums taking part in all the sessions and take advantage of the tremendous advancements in Nursing Care.

Nursing education includes instruction in topic areas like nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, and nursing care planning. The aim of nursing education is the development of the nursing profession. One way to enlighten and development is to clear the professional role. The role definition of nursing is mostly transmitted through tacit knowledge.
The overall improvement in nursing education requires recognition of a professional status along with a clear and well- defined role.
