Biography:

Dr. Samuel N. Forjuoh is a Professor of Family & Community Medicine, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, and Health Promotion & Community Health Sciences at the Texas A&M University. He is also the Director of the Division of Research in the Department of Family Medicine at Scott & White as well as the Founding Director of the AHRQ-funded Central Texas Primary Care Research Network based at Temple, Texas. Formally trained as a generalist physician in Ghana and England, he obtained advanced degrees in Biostatistics from Harvard University and Maternal & Child Health and Injury Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University.
