Biography:

Dr. David Hyman, Professor of Medicine, and served as Chief of General Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. He modeled compassionate dedication to patient care, research, education, and family. He passionately provided care for patients at Harris Health for three decades. He was a renowned expert in hypertension and chronic disease management. He positively impacted thousands through his mentorship and clinical care. This lectureship will feature leaders in primary care with a focus on the care of the medically underserved.
