Biography:

Prof.(Mrs).VijayaKhader, former Dean Faculty of Home Science, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, has been actively engaged in nutrition research and teaching f or over thirty three years. She worked as Associate Dean at College of Home Science, Bapatla from 1983 to 1994 as a First Principal and also at college of Home Science, Hyderabad from 2001 to 2002.She is instrumental in starting Inter-faculty P.G.Programme in Food Science & Technology and w orked as a Programme Director f or a period of one year (2001-2002).She has completed 22 independent research projects.
