Biography:
Dr. R.B. Singh is Professor of Geography, at the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Dr. Singh is Chairman of the Research Council-CSIR- Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore; Member of the Research Council-CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow; Member of the International Council for science (ICSU) Scientific Committee-UHW.Prof. Singh is Vice-President of the International Geographical Union (IGU) since 2012. He was awarded JSPS Research Fellowship and others for presenting papers and Chairing sessions in more than 40 countries. He has to his credit 13 books, 33 edited research volumes and more than 200 research papers.
